Mario Kart 8 Deluxe Free-For-All Ruleset

• Competitors are encouraged to bring their own controller and there are no restrictions on what controller is used (the only exception being controllers with macro inputs).
• Matches are played in the ‘LAN Play’ mode with 12 players per match. Players compete in 12 person groups in a single elimination bracket.
• The LAN mode settings will be set as follows; 150cc, Teams = No Teams, Items = Normal, COM = No COM, Race Count = 8.
• At the end of each match the 6 players with the highest scores will progress to the next round. In the final round the Race Count will be set to 12, and the player’s final placements will be determined by their score counts relative to each other at the end of the match. If a match ends in a draw a 1 race tiebreaker will be played by the players with equal scores.

All rulings are done at the discretion of the tournament officials.
