Mii Fighters and their respective custom moves are allowed. If a mii is played, though, you must list the move set the mii has before the match begins.
If time runs out, the winner is first determined by how many stocks remain, and then by the percentage after time is up. If both stock and percentage are the same, or a game ends in both players losing their last stock at the same time, then a tiebreaker is played, which consists of a 1 stock, 3 minute match with the same characters and the same stage.

Stage Selection Clauses
Players will flip a coin or play rock paper scissors to determine who will strike the first stage. The winner will strike the first starter stage, the loser will strike 2 starter stages, and the winner will strike 1 more starter stage. Whichever starter stage remains is the stage both players will play on. (1-2-1 Striking)
Winner of the previous game will ban 3 stages.
Players are allowed to counterpick to stages that they previously won on. (No DSR)
Players are allowed to play on any stage in the stagelist so long as both players agree. (Gentleman’s Clause)
