- This event will be a Single Elimination , Free-For-All,  Four track circuit race.
- Players will be playing Split-Screen on a single monitor.
- Each player will get to select one track in the circuit and the game will keep track of points earned by placement.
- Whichever Player has the most points by the end of the Four track circuit will move on in the tournament.
- In the event of an overall Tie for first; an additional track will be played. The tied players will pick and agree on the final track. If an agreement can not be reached, the track will be selected by the TO at random
- 150CC / No CPUs / No item restrictions.
