View all rulesFormat: 3 on 3 Beyblade X, Swiss w/ Single Elim Finals
Banned Parts: Metal Needle Bit
Points to win a round: Swiss - 5 Finals - 7
Points: Xtreme Finish - 2 Over Finish - 1 Burst Finish - 2 Spin Finish - 1
Proper Launch Height: ~20cm above the stadium floor. This prevents unnecessary risk and bouncing.
Match Etiquette: Each match will begin with players selecting their blade order in secret, playing rock, paper, scissors for starting sides, then presenting first beys and preparing for launch.
Players will receive a countdown of 3..2..1..GO SHOOT! And the blades must be launched on the word “shoot”. Discretion of a mislaunch for late/early launches will be up to the judge of the round, in which a relaunch may occur.
ONLY THE JUDGE CAN REMOVE THE BEYS FROM THE STADIUM!!!
If a winner has not been determined by the end of the third battle, the stadium will be flipped and beyblades will be re-randomized to start the battle over with current points standing and the new 1st blade will be presented.
No repeating parts - This means you can't have blades with matching parts: 2 5-60 ratchets or 2 of the same blade, or 2 orb bits in your deck.
You can have a 5-60 ratchet, 5-70 ratchet, and a 5-80 ratchet just make sure you let the judge know so there is no confusion.
For the purposes of this test event I am going to ask that we stick with the combo’s we present to the organizers.
Relaunch: A Relaunch may be declared for any of the following reasons:
Air collision of blades prior to hitting the stadium floor Player touching the stadium during launch (Mislaunch) Blades landing on top of eachother during the launch prior to hitting the stadium floor Ties or Simultaneous victories where there isn't a clear indication of a winner. A blade going out of bounds (meaning sent through the top of the stadium shield) In the case of a relaunch, bladers will use the same beys to be battled once more.
Please remember all relaunches are at the judge’s discretion. If you feel there is a reason a relaunch should or should not have occur(ed), please talk with the judge in a polite manner.
The same is true in the case of a mislaunch, except the player who mislaunched will be penalized 1 point (this will be given to the opponent) if they mislaunch twice. This penalty can occur once per beyblade in the deck.
