Teams will be designated a reserved play station with six (6) computers. The computers will be reserved for your team for the tournament's daily duration at LVL UP EXPO. Teams will need to remove and setup their peripherals each day.
Teams are forbidden from communicating with anyone other than a LVL UP EXPO official during a technical timeout, which can only be called for malfunctioning equipment.
Players/Teams are expected to put forth their best effort in all games.
Players/Teams may not intentionally forfeit a game or conspire to manipulate rankings or brackets; Immediate disqualification will be the result.
Players, coaches and Team representatives are expected to treat all members of LVL UP EXPO staff, and sponsors, with respect.
For the tournament matches, players and coaches must use the provided PC, monitor, and VOIP server provided by LVL UP EXPO. If an issue occurs with any of the equipment, such players should pause the game and notify a tournament official immediately. Players are responsible for ensuring proper function of the audio equipment and the player’s own personal equipment at the start of all games.
Looking at an opposing player’s monitor or projected screen during a game is prohibited.
Timeout Each participant is allowed to invoke a timeout of thirty (30) seconds up to three (3) times in regulation rounds per map. Timeouts can be called by participants via the in-game vote system (ESC → Call Vote → Call Tactical Timeout). Participants are allowed to take all three timeouts at once by calling them all individually once the previous timeout expires.
If a map reaches overtime (OT), all remaining timeouts will be removed and each team will receive one (1) timeout to be used in that OT (OT1) period. If the map progresses to another OT (OT2), the same process will happen - any remaining timeouts will be removed and each team will receive one (1) more timeout. Banked timeouts cannot be stacked higher than one (1) in overtime.
Map Pool Upon the release of a new active duty map pool, a vote will be conducted among the currently registered teams to determine its adoption.
Coaches One coach is allowed. The coach may only communicate with the players during warmup, half-time, or during timeouts during the team’s match.
Nicknames All participants are required to use appropriate player names that refrain from incorporating any brand or sponsor references. In the event that a player name is deemed to include political, religious, or offensive content by a tournament official, it is mandatory to make the necessary changes to comply with these guidelines.
Drivers All participants are requested to submit the necessary drivers in advance. Failure to provide the required drivers may result in the utilization of default drivers during gameplay. Kindly forward any essential drivers to the email address: email@example.com.
