Introduction This Event Policy outlines the rules and regulations governing the participation and conduct of all tournament participants and organizers. By attending or participating in the tournament, all individuals agree to abide by the rules and policies set forth in this document.

Participant eligibility All participants must be at least 3 years old. Participants must respect the rules and guidelines of each game included in the tournament. The organizers reserve the right to disqualify or exclude any participant found to have breached these rules or to have behaved in an unsportsmanlike manner.

Conduct and sportsmanship All participants, including spectators, are expected to treat each other with respect and sportsmanship. Harassment, discrimination or any form of intimidation will not be tolerated and may result in immediate expulsion from the event. Participants must follow the instructions of tournament officials at all times.

Tournament format and rules Specific rules for each game will be announced and posted prior to the tournament. Participants are expected to understand and abide by the rules of the games in which they are playing. It is strictly forbidden to cheat, use unauthorized software or exploit game loopholes.

Prizes and awards Prizes are specified in advance by the organizers. Prizes will be distributed at the end of the tournament. Winners may be asked to provide personal information for tax and prize distribution purposes.

Photography and media By participating in the tournament, participants and spectators consent to the use of their image for event photography and media coverage.
