Event Rules
Game Settings
- First to 3 games per match
- Best of 5 rounds per game
- Quota is set to 200 orbs
Character Selection
- All matches must be mirror matches
- Players should start as Magician unless they can agree to another character before match begins
- The loser of the game picks the next character used
- You cannot select a character you already won as unless both players agree
- All hidden characters are legal

DDR & PIU (Can change, as we borrowed some rulesets from the official tournament series and made some simple changes)
General
- Double Elimination
Difficulty Rules (For Beginners)
- 1st and 2nd Round: Easy (1-5 for PIU) /Beginner (1-6 for DDR) Difficulty; subsequent rounds: Normal (6-10 for PIU)/Light (7-11 for DDR) Difficulty
- if both players agree, then can have difficulty raised on whatever round they're on regardless
Difficulty Rules (For Experienced)
- 1st and 2nd Round: Standard (11-16 for PIU; 12-14 for DDR) Difficulty; subsequent rounds: Heavy & Expert (15-19 for DDR)/Crazy & Nightmare (17 - 25+ for PIU) Difficulty
- if both players agree, then can have difficulty raised on whatever round they're on regardless
Side Select
- Coin toss for Left or Right pad if players want to vie for side; if so, then player who loses coin toss will be able to pick first song. Song Selection:
- Players will do head or tails on first song pick if there is was none for pad pick.
- Best of 3 games/songs; Best of 5 in Grand Finals
- Loser of previous game/song can counterpick a song
- If players cannot decide, then TO can pick a song manually or randomly
Scoring
- Can go by the game's standard scoring
DDR Scoring
- Alternatively if game's scoring is the same for both players : EX scores are calculated from values shown in the in results screen. EX Point values listed below.
- Marvelous = 3 EX points
- Perfect = 2 EX points
- Great = 1 EX point
- OK^7 = 3 EX points
- Everything else (Good, Boo, Miss) = 0 EX points
- A player will lose the song automatically if he/she fails the song (by receiving a "Failed" message from the game, or an "E" rating). If both players fail the round, the round is considered a dead-heat and the next song is played.
- Tiebreaker Procedure: Used when two players are tied for second place after ALL tiebreaker rules are all equal (Total Sets Won, Game (Song) Win %, Head-to-Head, Opponent Point Total)
Mods
- All mods are allowed as long as they do not change the scoring of the song (cut, freezes off, etc). All speed mods (2x, 2.5x, etc) and appearance mods (sudden+, hidden+, etc) are allowed. TURN MODS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED

- Mode: SWAP – Battle
- Set count: 0
- Win Count: 5
- Swap Time Count: Default
- Quick/Hard Drop: Default
- Hold: ON
- Warm-ups: Warm-up periods, button checks, and “handwarmers” may not exceed 60 seconds.
Magical Drop III
Game Settings
- First to 3 games per match
- Best of 5 rounds per game
- Quota is set to 200 orbs
Character Selection
- Forced Mirror Matches. (the two players have to pick the same character)
- First game with Emperor, the next games will be played with the last game's loser choice.
- Both players can agree to start on another character. If they aren't, they have to go back to Emperor.
- No characters are banned, even hidden character
Super Puzzle Fighter II Turbo
- 2 out 3 rounds per game
- First to 1 game
- First to 2 games for Top 3
- Akuma, Devilot, Dan are banned.
