A separate bracket for those who went 0-2 or 1-2 in the main bracket, or everyone who didn't make Top 8, whichever is fewer.

Costume wearers will go against one opponent at a time. Attendees will vote on which of the two costumes they prefer, determining who moves forward in the bracket.
