This is the South East’s premier Fightcade 3rd Strike Tournament Series (Southeast Throwdown)! Anyone who’s been around knows the South has always been a step behind places like New York, Texas, California in 3rd Strike. This is due largely in part by how spread out we are and the lack of arcades, so with a great tool like Fightcade at our disposal we intend to take full advantage! With that being said we intend to carry out this mission within the states of Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee. This will be a bi-weekly event happening on Wednesday evenings and will be accompanied by the ft10 grudge match series 3SETS!

Street Fighter III 3rd Strike: Fight for the Future is a 2D competitive fighting game produced by Capcom originally released for the arcade in 1999. It is the second follow-up to Street Fighter III, following Street Fighter III 2nd Impact. Like its predecessors, it runs on the CP System III hardware. 3rd Strike increased the character roster by adding five new characters, including Chun-Li. It also added further refinements to the previous game's play mechanics and rules. It was ported to the Dreamcast, PlayStation 2, and Xbox. A downloadable online version titled Street Fighter III: 3rd Strike Online Edition was released on PlayStation Network and Xbox Live Arcade in August 2011.
