-Normal Match: best 2/3 games; Top 4: best 3/5 games* *If there is a time constraint, we will cut the sets down to best 2/3. -3 stocks -8 minutes time limit -FS Meter set to OFF -Spirits set to OFF -Damage Handicap set to OFF -Items set to OFF and NONE -Stage Morph set to OFF -Stage Hazards set to OFF -Team Attack ON -Launch Rate set to 1.0x -Underdog Boost set to OFF -Pausing set to OFF (If pausing is left on and a player pauses during a tournament match, they must forfeit their current stock. In the event that a player pauses on their last stock, the game ends AT THAT MOMENT) -Score Display set to OFF -Show Damage set to ON -In the event of a tie in stock, the person with the higher percent loses. In the evnet of a tie in percentages, a 1 stock rematch must be played on the same stage with the same characters. -"Suicide" tactics are decided by the Results Screen. In the event of Sudden Death, the player who initiated the attack is the winner.

"Coaching" must be done from a distance so that both players can hear and may only be done during the counterpick process.
Players may not control or manipulate another player's controller during any event.
MikeHaze Rule: You are not allowed to scream/yell at your opponent in order to intentionally disrupt them during tournament play.
