This tournament will be using the Universal Pokemon Randomizer & Pokemon Red Speedchoice rom mod (both developed by Dabomstew)

The goal of the race is to be the first one to beat your rival at the Indigo Pokemon League. The only 'glitch'/manipulation allowed is the badge boost 'glitch'.

There will be 5-12 optional qualifiers between the end of September & through October. How exactly qualifiers will be used to seed the bracket is still TBD but will likely be based on time differences

Randomizer settings: Equalize base stats Starters: Random basic w/ 1 evolution Static Pokemon: completely random In game trades: unchanged Random move types Movesets: Random(prefer type), start with 4 moves, reorder damaging moves, force 75% good damage

Random Trainers, similar strength, no legendaries, -15% lvls Random wilds, type theme areas, min catch 3

Random TM/HM, full HM compatibility, lvl up sanity, force 75% good damage, TM random same type compatibility
