## Tournament Rules:

- **Platform:** PC, Players may bring their own controllers or fight sticks.
- **Format:** Double Elimination
- **Match Settings:** Default settings, Best of 3 Games per Set for preliminary rounds, Best of 5 Games for Semi-Finals and Finals.
- **Character Selection:** Winner must keep the same character. Loser may switch characters.
- **Stage Selection:** Random.

## Tournament Rules:

- **Format:** Double Elimination bracket. Matches are Best of 3 in prelims and Best of 5 in Semi-Finals and Finals.
- **Character Selection:** Winners must stick with their character; losers may change.
- **Stage Selection:** Stages selected at random.

## Notes:
- **Cash Payments:** To pay the entry fee in cash, register at the venue before the tournament day. 
- **Late Registration Fee:** Applicable for day-of-tournament registrations. Register early to save!
- **No-Show Policy:** Entries are forfeited for no-shows.
