TOURNAMENT RULES
It is the responsibility of each participant to arrive at the event on time, free from the influence of alcohol or unprescribed narcotics.
Every player must be playing on their "main" account. A player’s main account is defined as the account in which the player has the highest rank/play time. This account must have a public career profile
Eligible Participants must compete to the best of their ability at all times during the tournament. Every participant is expected to know and understand the Official Rules during the tournament period. Any form of cheating will not be tolerated and is subject to immediate disqualification from the tournament and club ban at the discretion of the event administrators. Forms of cheating include, but are not limited to:
- Actions to intentionally alter or attempt to alter the results of any match, including match-fixing or collusion with other teams. Furthermore, participants shall not place or attempt to place wagers on any matches, actions in, or around, the tournament.
- Attempts to interfere with another participant’s connection to the game service, through Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks or any other means.
- Any incidents of participants allowing other individuals to play on their account in place of themselves or playing on a smurf account. Participants must play on the account on which they registered (their “main” account). Attempts to mask or falsify one’s identity or rank will result in immediate termination from the tournament.
PUNCTUALITY
- Teams are expected to have all registered players ready for the start of every match. Should a team not have a full team of registered participants 15 minutes after the scheduled match time they may choose to play without a full roster, or else forfeit the series. Late arrivals may not enter a game that is in progress.
- If available and with express permission from the event administration, teams may be allowed to use players who are not officially registered. These players must follow any criteria or limitations issued by the event administration. Team captains are responsible for providing event administrators with all necessary details, in which they can take appropriate action at their discretion.
- If both teams are unable to ready all players 15 minutes after the scheduled match start time, both teams will face disqualification at the discretion of the event administrator.
