--- Stream Schedule ---
We stream all of winners bracket first, all the way to winners finals in top 8. After that, we then start streaming Loser's bracket wherever they are. We do this so the tournament isn't delayed long due to having to wait to be on stream. Please be aware in the bracket if your match is being streamed.
--- Double Bracketing and Contention Test ---
Double Bracketing and Connection Etiquette
We do understand that players might want to play in multiple tournaments, or they need breaks between matches, or whatever the case may be, we do need to impose some limits.
• If you are in multiple brackets, Please Tell the TOs/Admins.
• Do not let us catch you double bracketing without telling us. You will be DQ'd and possibly banned for repeatedly holding up the bracket or stream.
• There is an 6-minute timer to check in to your game, implemented into StartGG.
• By clicking on the "Check-in" button in StartGG, you Confirm that you are ready to play. If you fail to start your match within 5 mins, you can be dq'd.
• Once both players are checked in, if either player has not responded in the Match Chat, Discord, or TO's otherwise are not informed, the missing player will be DQ'd after FIVE Minutes.
• Note, if you are checked in and your opponent has not responded to you in chat, PLEASE ping admins using the 🎫│ticket-system. in the discord.
• If you experience a difficult connection with another player, Please try to play the round out.
• If the game was in poor enough connection that it was effectively unplayable, please use 🎫│ticket-system in the discord to ping TO's. We will perform a connection check and take appropriate action.
• If both connections are deemed acceptable, results can still be overturned if both players agree. Sometimes servers just be like that.
• If the game is played out, and you don't ask TO's for an overturn, it counts toward the final set result.
• If a disconnect occurs, the match is overturned, and the disconnected player has five minutes to reconnect. Please ping TO's via ticket if a disconnect occurs, and you have not heard from your opponent. Multiple disconnects will result in a connection check and potentially a DQ.
