## **Registration for tournament entry and spectator passes has now closed**

This weekend pass is for Competitors only. This allows the buyer to freely enter the venue for both Saturday and Sunday. Attendees 16 years old or younger are recommended to bring one parent/guardian with them, although this is not mandatory.

All Attendees MUST buy a pass to enter the premises ahead of time. On-the-door ticket sales will not be available, due to venue restrictions.

Early Bird Entry is limited to 200 tickets, or until April 15th
Regular Entry is limited to 600 tickets (on top of the 200 from Early Bird), or until June 9th
Late Entry runs until June 25th.

Weekend Passes

In this case, a setup refers to: 
-A Nintendo Switch with Super Smash Bros. Ultimate
-A Nintendo Switch Dock, 
-The accompanying power cable/hdmi cable. 
-A Nintendo Gamecube Adapter

We will provide our own safety mechanisms for consoles. But if people wish to bring their own we can accept using those too.

Depending on future developments, these consoles may not be required for tournament play. However, people are still welcome to bring their consoles (not just Nintendo Switch consoles) for use in the free-play area.

This does not hinder your attendance at the event, however we strongly recommend that anyone under the age of 14 brings a supervisor or guardian to look after them at the event. **YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BRING A PARENT/GUARDIAN**

If you say 'yes' to this option, a member of the team may contact you regarding your availability as a commentator during the event. People who say 'yes' will be able to change their mind at a later date once contacted.

*DISCLAIMER* Saying 'yes' does not guarantee that you will be selected for commentary. Applications for commentary after June 20th will not be accepted.

£2 of every entry for this event will be going towards the funding of the UKIE Circuit Finale event.

Entry to this event grants you entry into the group stages of the Singles tournament. If you do not qualify for the final bracket, then this also grants you access to the Amateur Ladder event.

This event costs £10 per team. Please do NOT register for this event without a partner ready to register too. Anyone who is registered without a partner will not be eligible for a refund.
