This tournament is BYOC (Bring Your Own Controller).

Permitted controllers include Nintendo Gamecube Controller and Switch Pro Controller. Wireless controllers must be desync'd between games. If your controller interferes with a tournament game because it was not disconnected, you will forfeit your next game. There will be a dedicated area to desync your controller between games. But we recommend you use your mobile phone's Bluetooth to do so

DO NOT leave the venue during your pool. Everyone will have a wave where they are not playing in the tournament, use that time to get food. Please plan accordingly.

During pools, please stay with your group at all times. If you can't be found during your pool matches, you face immediate disqualification.

Absolutely no illegal substances allowed. If you are have any of these on you at this event, you will be removed from the venue and banned from future events. The Emirates stadium will have stewards patrolling the event at all times and have the right to check anyone they believe to be holding illegal substances.

Food & Drink

Food and drink will be for sale during all open hours in the venue. Food and open drinks will not be allowed into the main tournament area during the busiest periods of tournament play. However, all food and drink will be allowed into the main room during the finals.

Alcohol will be available at all times in the venue. However you must be able to provide valid ID as proof of age (UK legal drinking age is 18!), the venue stewards reserve the right to remove you from the premises if you become unable to control yourself.

Equipment

During registration, you will be asked if you can bring a setup. In this case, a setup refers to: A Nintendo Switch console (Including the docks and its wires) with all DLC/required unlockables updated to the most recent patch, a GameCube Controller adapter and a copy of Super Smash Bros. Ultimate.

Setups are required for this event to run as smoothly as possible, and all consoles used for the tournament will be given security measures to ensure their safety. We do not require any TV's for this event at this time, however any TVs or alternative consoles bought can be placed in the free-play area. Any equipment bought to be used in this area is the responsibility of the owner.

If you use a wireless controller, you are required to disconnect your controller between sets.
