Event Rules
- Double Elim, Sets Bo3, WF/LF/GF Sets Bo5
- Default timer and items, no damage boost/reduction
- Winner must keep same character, Loser may switch character
- Kraken and Vargas are banned
- Stage Rules
- Mutsu, Skullhaven and Avalon Island stages are banned
- Stage for game 1 determined by player agreement or by 2-3-1 stage striking
- Stages for games 2+ chosen by loser of prior game
