    Any variation of the mii fighters are allowed, but must be communicated to the opponent which moves are being used

Regarding Time Outs/Sudden Deaths

    In the event of a time out, the player(s) with the most stocks wins
    In the event that the stocks are tied, the player(s) with the least amount of percent damage once the timer has expired wins (not to be confused with total damage given)
    In the rare case where either a sudden death occurs due to both players (or all 4 players for doubles) losing their last stocks at the same time or if stocks AND percent damage are equal when the timer expires, the match will be replayed with both players (or all 4 players for doubles) starting with 1 stock on the same stage with the normal 7 minute time limit.
