Dizzy is legal for tournament play.

Banned Actions: Triggering in-game issues that impede game progress. If a player is found to have triggered such errors, the player will be penalized.

Examples: Goldlewis's Skyfish burst bug and Chipp's Tightrope between rounds bug.

We follow EVO rules set. All main games must have 16 or more participants
