Format: BO3 | Double Elimination | 1v1 Stocks: 1 Stock Time: 3 Minutes Ruleset: Standard BOBC Melee (starter stages only for Game 1) Player Cap: 64 Prizing: Top 3 receive side event prizing

Rules:

Both players must select Random on character select — no exceptions, no re-rolls
Playing a non-random character results in a game forfeit for that round at TO discretion
Game 1: Starter stages only
Subsequent games: Winner bans 1 stage, loser picks
All other BOBC Melee rules apply
