Character Selection

If requested, characters for the first game may be chosen double-blind (both players picking their character at the same time, with neither knowing the other's selection beforehand). For all games after the first game in a set, the winner of the previous game chooses their character first, and then the loser chooses their character. Characters are chosen before the stage is selected. If a player wishes to choose a random character, that character may remain unknown to both players until the game starts only if the random character pool includes ALL characters.
