Valorant Ruleset

Bracket Format

The Valorant Championship will consist of four rounds of Swiss competition after which the top four seeded teams will compete in a single elimination tournament to determine the Big Sky 2025 Valorant Champion!

Team Creation/Management

• Five (5) players minimum to compete, ten (10) players maximum on roster.
• All players must have a linked discord and Riot account
• All players must be in the discord
• Coaches do not need to be placed on the roster, but will not be allowed to compete
• Coaches will only be allowed to communicate with their team before or after games and during timeouts.

Agent Restrictions

• Agents who have not been available for more than 14 days before the beginning of the match are prohibited from use.

Game Structure

• Round-robin and matches will be best of one.
• Brackets will be a best of three all the way through.

Ban/Pick Phase

• For best of three's, the ban/pick phase will progress as follows:
  • Teams will conduct a coin flip to determine who is team A and who is team B.
  • Team A Ban
  • Team B Ban
  • Team A pick Map (B picks side)
  • Team B picks Map (A picks side)
  • Team A Ban
  • Team B Ban
  • Team A picks final maps side.
