### Tournament Format
 - Double elim
 - FT3 throughout
 - Ties are replayed

### Character, Stage & Side Selection
 - Winner keeps character, loser may switch
 - Sides decided by mutual agreement or FT2 RPS
 - After a loss, the player may choose rematch or go to character/stage select

### Pauses and Disconnections
 - The player who pauses forfeits the round
 - External interruptions may force a set restart.
