Mortal Kombat 1 Official Tournament Rules

This will be a bracketed, single elimination tournament played on the PS5. Controllers will be provided; however, it is highly encouraged for participants to bring their own controllers and joysticks.

1. Default settings
2. Random Stage
3. Best 2 out of 3 rounds (default setting)
4. Best 2 out of 3 set to determine winner; Grand Finals will be a best 3 out of 5 set
5. Winner must continue using the same character and kameo (unless bracket reset occurs)
6. Losing player has the only option to either change characters and kameo + random stage or switch stage + same character and kameo
7. Macro functions (e.g. turbo buttons) and wireless controllers other than DualShock 5 are not permitted
