BOPME 28 Melee Singles will be using the Low Tide City 2021 ruleset with these rules changed or emphasized:

• All setups (CRT only) will require UCF 0.84 and utilize Lag Reduction if possible using the Polling Drift Fix code built into Slippi Nintendont 1.11.1 and above. To install this visit slippi.gg/downloads and select Slippi Nintendont for your Wii.

• Wobbling is banned

• Ledge grab limit of 60
• Pokemon Stadium will be frozen and a starter stage, Final Destination will be a counterpick.
• All sets are to be played as Best of 5
