Event Rules

Fun, free online high score tournament from GAAM x UNF GR for UNF students and alumni! $50 in-game currency prize to the 1st place team, $20 to 2nd, and $10 to 3rd! SWOOOOP!

At least one member from each team must be able to stream their matches. #GAAMxUNFGR + Name of your team must be in the title of the stream Scores must be reported by each team to the #GAAM-Gladiators-Greenroom channel within 5 minutes of their match ending or risk disqualification.

Registrants must join the GAAM Discord and communicate via the #GAAM-Gladiators-Greenroom channel or the [Facebook event page ] (https://www.facebook.com/events/262758895395121). This will allow you to maintain communication with the TO, coordinators, and streamers during the tournaments.

Please be respectful and practice good sportsmanship.

Matches will be streamed and commented on @ Facebook.com/ILoveGAAM and twitch.tv/GAAMFam (IF STREAM IS NOT LIVE, MATCHES ON STREAM QUE WILL BE UPLOADED TO YOUTUBE)

Stream will be uploaded @ Youtube.com/ILoveGAAM

###Please practice good sportsmanship and etiquette.

With that being said, we will not condone any harassment, trolling, or other jerk behavior

This includes

Verbal Text Harassment (which includes offensive language, flooding, etc.)
Team or usernames containing profanity, derogatory, or prejudicial language
Unsportsmanlike conduct (which includes intentional disruption of the game, AFK’ers. etc.)
Cheating (which includes smurfing, opponent collusion, etc.)

Exhibiting any of the above can results in a disqualification and /or banning from the current and future events

Cheating of any kind will result in being removed and banned from future tournaments and events

Match Rules

Game Mode: Warzone; Quads
Crossplay must be turned on
2 teams of 2 will be paired up in a Battle Royale Quads match to compete for the most kills
Teams will be matched against one another via Discord.
Event coordinators will assign who host the game
The host is then responsible for creating the lobby and inviting their team-mate and opponents using their Activision ID (this will be in the Discord).
Each team must have at least 1 player stream and is responsible for matchmaking with their opponent.
After 2 matches (1 match in losers bracket), the match will conclude and the teams must return to the Discord channel to report their scores (number of kills) and advance to the next round.
The team with the most kills wins.
Screenshots/pics are appreciated in reporting. (PC Players MUST supply a pic, or display their task manager before the match begins)
Event coordinators will then assign the next match.
Please remember to set up separate comms unless you want your opponent to hear everything you're saying!

"2v2 Kill Race" - You and another player enter Battle Royale Quads, and will be paired with 2 other players (this will be communicated via Discord) Your teams will then compete for the highest kill count to show who is the best team! At least one member from each team must be able to stream their matches. #GAAMxUNFGR + Name of your team must be in the title of the stream Scores must be submitted by each team immediately within the Discord channel.

Registrants must join the GAAM Discord and communicate via the #GAAM-Gladiators-Greenroom channel or the Facebook event page. This will allow you to maintain communication with the TO, coordinators, and streamers during the tournaments.
