LAG ISSUES:
Anytime there is a complaint about lag, there must be substantial proof in the form of video. What counts as substantial proof is up to TO discretion.
A match will only be restarted once due to lag. After which the players will have to play out the match anyway. (Stocks and serve should be reset)
If you believe that your opponent is at fault for causing lag, report it to the TO and we will request that both players do a ping test to a verified Dallas server on https://www.speedtest.net/ and provide the share link they get at the end of the test. If either players have a ping over 160 they will be disqualified from the tournament.
