Communication

• Voice: Participants are required to allow their voice to be streamed and recorded during matchups. Joining the Arena VC is mandatory for matchups.
• Text: All text based communication should be handled inside Lucky's discord OR the matchup chat on start.gg

Conduct

• Sportsmanship:

  • Players must conduct themselves in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner at all times.

• Cheating:

  • Any form of cheating, including but not limited to exploiting game glitches, is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate disqualification.

• Communication:

  • Abusive language, threats, and harassment will not be tolerated and will result in penalties or disqualification.

Streaming and Recording

• Official Stream:

  • All tournament matches will be streamed on Llewciano_xl's Twitch channel https://www.twitch.tv/llewciano_xl.

• Personal Streams:

  • Attendees agree not to stream the tournament on their own channels. Participants also agree to determine a host for the backup stream in discord should spectator lag out occurs. Any unauthorized streaming of the tournament may result in automatic disqualification for the tournament and or suspension from future tournaments.

• Recording Matches:

  • Players are encouraged to record their matches for review in case of disputes.

Additional Rules

• Disputes:

  • Any disputes must be reported to a tournament organizer immediately.

• Disconnects:

  • In the event of a disconnect, the match will be restarted unless a clear winner can be determined by the tournament organizers.

• Rule Changes:

  • Tournament organizers reserve the right to modify the rules as necessary. Any changes will be communicated to the players promptly.

Match Rules

• Set Length

  • 2v2: Best of 3 matches

• Match Settings

  • Time Limit:

    • 7 minutes per match.

• Stock:

  • 4 per team.

• Match Procedure

  • Players should join their designated match lobby during the match prior to their scheduled start time.
  • Players will be called to their matches via the tournament's Discord server.
  • A grace period of 2 minutes is allowed for players to join their match. Failure to do so will result in an automatic disqualification (DQ).
  • Randomization of legal stages will be used for all matches.
  • Players select their fighters.
  • Matches are played, and the results are reported to the tournament organizers immediately after completion.

Stage and Fighter Selection

• Stage Selection

  • Stages will be randomly chosen from the approved list provided by the organizers. .

• Prohibited Stages

  • The following stages are prohibited and cannot be selected during the tournament:

• City Of Townsville
• Cromulons
• Trophy's E.D.G.E. 2
• Dexter's Laboratory (both)
• Tree Fort 2
• Warner Bros (both)

• Fighter Selection

  • Players must select their characters before the start of the tournament. No fighter changes are allowed once the tournament begins.

• Prohibited Fighters

  • The same fighters prohibited by Warner Bros official tournament rulebook are prohibited in our tournament. The use of Iron Giant is strictly prohibited. The banned fighter list may be altered at any time by the organizers.

General Rules

• Eligibility: Players must have a valid Multiversus, WB Games, & Discord account.
• Registration: Players must register for the tournament via the designated sign-up link provided in the Discord server.
• Communication: All tournament-related communication will take place in the Lucky's Discord server.
• Timekeeping: Matches must start promptly at their scheduled times. Failure to appear on time may result in disqualification.

• 2v2: Team combat.

Bracket Type: Single elimination.
