This is a double elimination tournament with random seeding. These tournaments are meant to be for casual growth for newer and somewhat experienced players.





Rules:



All matches are FT3, VS mode (Green Option), any character is allowed

Puzzle Me This! Monthly: Azumanga Daioh Puzzle Bobble (on Fightcade)

Note: This tournament is invite only and will be comprised solely of players who have played in a previous tournament in the Frosty Fight Club. We will also be inviting some special guests/players to join us for this tournament.


All players will need to be in the Frosty Fight Club discord to join this tournament. Matches will be held in this discord and will be streamed on the discord stage channel, on Twitch, or both.


All Players who sign up will pick 3 games to submit to a wheel to be spun from Fightcade, Arkjadyza, Dolphin (must be tested before submitting), Retroarch (must be tested before submitting), and Parsec/Moonlight (must be tested before submitting). If you choose the same game as someone else that has submitted, your pick will be lost. Please be mindful of this and be creative when picking games. You might just be picking the game for someone else..


We will be taking the time to curate a list of the 32 most played games in the history of the Frosty Fight Club and this will form the base of our wheel.

Every match will begin with the wheel being spun and the game selected. Either of the players may choose to veto the game when it's spun. Players will get ONE veto per match. They do not carry over or stack. If you veto, the game goes back in the pool, if you play the game, it’s removed from the pool.


The format for the tournament is Double Elimination (Single Game until Top 4, FT2 after), and each game will have its own ruleset determined by the two players competing. If a ruleset cannot be determined, then the judges will assign one. 


Said ruleset can be a race, high score, objective, etc. This will be defined and agreed upon before a game is confirmed to be picked to be played. The match as a whole must be REASONABLY played within 30 minutes overall generally. There must be a clear winner to each match as well. You and your opponent may also choose a alternate version of the game as long as it's the "same" game. (Example: KOF2002 and KOF2002 vanilla)


The players in the grand finals will each get 3 game bans and one veto. The player from the winners bracket will get to ban first. Bans will alternate between players.
