Please note that no one can register once the maximum number of participants has been reached.
Tournament Format According to Rounds:
Round of 256 - 64: Single Elimination
Round of 32 - Final: Double Elimination
Game Specific Rules
- No warm-up or practice games are permitted once the current matches have begun on the active stations.
- No food or drinks other than water (in unbranded water bottles) are permitted at a Participant’s station. Water bottles must remain on the ground and out of camera shot when not being used.
- Participants will have five 2 minutes between each match to adjust personal preferences and game settings and ensure their equipment functions properly.
Match Restarts
The match must be restarted in the event of a match interruption due to a power cut or anything. The match will start from where the issue occurred (the remaining time will be played) and reset the score to the score at the time
- If a match is restarted, no alterations can be made to the squad that each Participant submitted at the start of the match. If any Participants are found to have made any alterations to their squad during a match restart, they will immediately forfeit their match, and the win will be given to the opposite party.
- The match must be restarted if a game malfunction occurs and the cause cannot immediately be identified. The match will start from where it ends, and the match will be reset to the minute the disconnect occurs, and the score will be reset to the score at the time of the issue.
Match Process
- All participants must be present to start a match. Event officials will forfeit their match if absent within the given time slot.
- Once a match starts, it should be played to completion. Participants are not permitted to leave their pool unless they are allowed to.
- The Event Officials reserve the right to modify the tournament schedule, including accelerating the start times of matches.

Players select their sides.
Players may mutually agree on who sits on the left and right sides, corresponding to Player 1 and 2, respectively, at the start of a Match. Players are committed to this selection for the entirety of the Match. If Players cannot agree to a Side Selection, they will play a Best-of-Three Head Tails or Rock-Paper-Scissors to determine who picks their side for the first Round.
COMMON RULES
The rules below are designed to ensure fair and smooth progress in the tournament. Unexpected situations may require special attention. Therefore, these tournament rules are subject to change without notice. Also, if the rules for individual titles conflict with the tournament common rules, the rule for individual titles take precedence.
- All personal information registered at the time of entry, including player name, age, and portrait of the participant and the visitor, will be used for the purpose of tournament management and publicity.
- During and after the event, the GAMERS GALAXY 2024 Executive Committee, other parties involved in the event, various media, streamers, and others may take images and video of visitors and participants, which may appear on websites, promotional materials, print media, and various media including broadcast and livestreaming. By entering the venue, visitors and participants consent to this.
- Tournament participants must be at least 13 years old on the tournament's first day. For participants under 18 years of age, the consent of a legal representative such as a person with parental authority is required. Please bring the consent form with you to the tournament. - Tournament schedules for each title and reception details will be announced at a later date.
- Please bring your own controller/arcade stick.
THE FLOW OF THE TOURNAMENT
- Exchange your player ticket for a player pass at the main entrance of Hall 2, Lahore Expo, come to the designated pool of the title you participate in at the given time of the qualifying game and respond to the referee's call.
- We expect the registration desk to be crowded. Please arrive at there with plenty of time to spare.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Player Eligibility and Requirements
Each player is required to meet the following eligibility requirements:
- They must bring their genuine National Identity or Smart Card to the venue for identity verification. B-forms are not allowed
- Anyone can register and play the tournament, whether national or international
- There is no age limit. For participants under 18 years of age, the consent of a legal representative such as a person with parental authority is required. Please bring the consent form with you to the tournament. [FORM]
- Have a valid Discord account (Discord.com) and join the given Discord channel for updates regarding the Pools and Fixtures
Acceptance of Official Rules, Changes to the Official Rules
- By participating in this tournament, players agree to be bound by the official rules in the “rulebook.”
- Gamers Galaxy may update the rules without notice as necessary to add further clarity, correct errors, or address matters that arise after publication
- Gamers Galaxy reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the tournament or any part if any fraud, technical failures, or uninvited situations happen
- Gamers Galaxy reserves the right to disqualify any participants at any time for any reason, including tampering with the tournament's operation or violating these Official Rules
COMMUNICATION
All the relevant information, time slots, match timings, reporting time, and brackets will be conveyed via our Official Discord Server. Please join the official Discord Server: Discord.com. Make sure to enter the correct Discord ID while registering for the tournament.

Equipment and Accessories Provision
Event Officials will provide the following equipment at the venue to facilitate the tournament:
- Tables and chairs
- Consoles
- TV monitors
- Controllers
Controller Rules
- Participants must bring their personal controllers/arcade sticks and ensure their proper function, whether provided by themselves or the Event Officials
- Participants may bring backup equipment to use in situations where a malfunction occurs
- Event Officials will provide controllers but players have to ensure if the controllers provided by the event officials is functioning properly before the match starts, Event Officials won’t be responsible for any issues in controllers during the event
- Please ensure your controller will work with PlayStation®5 before you bring it to the event. Gamers Galaxy will not provide guarantees if your controller does not work with it
- Referees may disqualify players whose controllers are not working correctly if they are deemed to be interfering with the tournament's progress
- Event Management won’t be responsible for losing or damaging players’ devices
- Players have to bring their own headphones if they require sound to play
General Rules
If a player is late, he or she will be eliminated from the tournament
Even if you are eliminated from the Winners side, you can still participate from the Losers side
You must see your pool on start.gg by yourself and submit a request for participation to the pool referee before the start of the match
Both the games will be played using the latest version of the game at the time of the event, with default settings
If a game is interrupted due to a pause, PS button, or controller trouble, the player who interrupted the game loses the round (or the match in the case of Tekken)
In the event of unforeseen trouble, the game will be resumed after recreating the situation as much as possible
In the event of a draw game, the match will be replayed under the same conditions
CODE OF CONDUCT
This Code of Conduct applies to all Participants in the Competition. Gamers Galaxy reserves the right to penalize, sanction, or disqualify any participant for violations of this Code.
Competitor Behavior
Every participant has to behave with respect towards the representatives of the Gamers Galaxy, NGES, press, viewers, partners, and other players. Competitors must uphold high standards of behavior, respect others, and avoid actions that bring disrepute to themselves, Gamers Galaxy, or the Tournament. This applies to all interactions, including online and offline, and social media conduct.
Prohibited Conduct
Examples of prohibited conduct include cheating, harassment, inappropriate language, violence, and damaging equipment. Competitors must follow instructions from Gamers Galaxy and Event Officials and refrain from engaging in activities that disrupt the event or violate the rules.
Vulgar or Hateful Speech
During a LAN Event, Online Event, media interview, or in any communication related to the Competition, a Participant is prohibited from using any language that is offensive, insulting, libelous, slanderous, defamatory, obscene, discriminatory, threatening, foul, or vulgar. This rule extends to the posting, transmitting, or disseminating of such prohibited communications on social media, during any public-facing events, or in any Tekken 8/EA FC 24 streaming. The prohibition applies to speech in all languages. Additionally, Participants are not allowed.
Collusion and Match-Fixing Policy
Collusion to affect match outcomes is strictly prohibited. This includes intentionally losing matches, playing on behalf of others, and any form of match-fixing.
Drug & Alcohol Policy
Competitors must not be under the influence of drugs or alcohol during the Competition. Smoking is prohibited at Live Events except in designated areas.
Disqualification
Violations may result in warnings, disqualifications, or loss of prizes. All decisions and rulings of Gamers Galaxy or Event Officials relating to the Competition are final and binding. Gamers Galaxy reserves the right to penalize any Participant in the Competition at any level, at any time, for any reason. Penalties may include, but are not limited to, any or all of the following:
Warning
Reprimand
Forfeiture of single-game
Forfeiture of all games
Loss of awards (including prize money and paid travel expenses)
Temporary or permanent suspension from the Tournament
Disqualification from the Tournament and future competitions or Events
Loss of future prize money
Violating this Code of Conduct will result in disqualification or banning from future Gamers Galaxy events.
