Registration: -In person registration ends at 7:30pm. Pre-registration is preferred -Check in ends at 8:00pm.

-If you are late AND pre-registered AND contact us on the Worcester FGC #general channel by 7:45. We will hold your match as long as possible. Please check-in/pay as soon as you arrive

ALL TWT RULES APPLY DURING THIS EVENT

15 MINUTE DQ TIMER -This is for people who are missing in action. Once a TO calls your match either by calling out or on the microphone, you have 15 minutes to be present for that match or a DQ will occur. We call matches multiple times and make every effort to locate players, so we see this policy being used very minimally.

Exceptions to this include but are not limited to:

1. You are in a match in another bracket. You will be able to finish that match and report to the next match without fear of DQ.
2. You are dealing with an issue/emergency and have informed a TO.
3. No set ups are available, or there is a logistical error on our part
4. You are late but are pre-registered, on your way and we are holding your match

PRIZE STRUCTURE 7 or less players - Winner take all 8-99 players - 1st 50%, 2nd 30%, 3rd 20% of total money collected for that bracket 100+ players - We will cross that bridge when we come to it

PRIZE POOL BONUSES - There are 2 types of prize pool bonuses.

1. Event bonus - This is a bonus for the entire event. For example "$500 prize pool/pot bonus" Multiple brackets may receive a split of this bonus. The brackets, placements and amounts received will be explicitly stated

2. Bracket bonus - 1a) This is a bonus for a single bracket. This will be explicitly stated as "$300 Tekken 8 prize pool/pot bonus" or similar. This bonus, unless otherwise stated, will be added to the total prize for that bracket and the total prize amount including bracket entry fees + bonus will be split among 1st 50%, 2nd 30%, 3rd 20%. 1b) If the prize is for 1st place only, this will be explicitly stated "$300 Tekken 8 bonus for 1st place" or similar

Grand Finals reset possible

Pause = Immediate round loss

Responsible for bringing own controller

No cheating or exploitation of software/hardware to create an advantage for yourself, or disadvantage for another player
