Bracket

A team pass includes tournament entry for 4 players and 1 coach. 

In order to complete your transaction, you must signup with your full team. Each member must own a start.gg account in order to add these players to a roster. Your roster may be changed at any time prior to the roster lock date of Monday, May 27th at 15:00 BST.

* Q: What happens if I buy a team pass but qualify for group (pool) play?
  * A: Teams that purchase a team pass and then qualify for group (pool) play will be refunded in full.

* Q: Do I need a full team to purchase a team pass?
  * A: Yes, you must add all of your team mates to your team at point of sale. Each player must have a valid Start.gg account in order to be eligible for team addition.

* Q: I’m coaching a team – do I need to purchase anything?
  * A: No additional purchases are necessary to coach.
<br>
* Q: If I buy a team pass, do I have to play in the FFA?
  * A: Purchasing a team pass does not mean you must play in the FFA.

Team Pass

Please submit the link to your FACEIT account. If this field is not submitted properly, you may not receive your properly allocated HCS points for seeding purposes at the event. You must have a FACEIT account linked in order to receive points from the event.

You can freely leave a team before the applicable Roster Lock date and accept an invitation to join another team. You may not leave a team after the Roster Lock. If you are a team pass owner and wish to transfer teams, please email HCS@ee.gg with your request.

* Username/Team Name of team you wish to join
* The Team owner of the new team must confirm your acceptance and agree that you will be locked to their team.

**REFUND POLICY**

You must email HCS@ee.gg to request a refund. Refunds will only be granted in the event that a team pass owner will be teaming with another team pass owner, and must be requested by Monday, May 27th at 15:00 BST. After this date, no refunds will be accepted. Transferring a team pass to another person is not permitted.

An alternate position is used for your coach

Teams that purchase a team pass and then qualify for group (pool) play will be refunded in full.
