Tournament Rules

There is a zero tolerance policy for harassment of any kind at UChicago Smash events. Should you feel uncomfortable in any interaction with another attendee, please notify a TO.

When a TO calls your match, you will have 10 minutes to either report in person or via a proxy. Failure to report on time without advanced notification will result in a single match disqualification. Please try to keep the delay between reporting for a match and beginning a match to under 5 minutes. Extended delays after check-in can be grounds for disqualification.

Access to the MADD Center and Weston Game Lab is a privilege granted to us by MADD Staff and the University of Chicago. Please be courteous of other staff and students, take care handling setups and equipment, and clean up after yourself.

Rules for individual events can be found under their respective smash.gg event pages.

Have fun!
