- Upon losing a game, the losing player may choose to switch character
- Any stage agreed upon by both players is legal. It is still advised that you select from Lars Canyon, Seventh Heaven District, "A Happy Family" & Council of Three for the best experience.
- Colour 16 is banned on all characters.
- New DLC Character: "Dizzy" will not be legal the this tournament due to releasing only a few days before.
