Rules:

  • IMPORTANT: The following characters are FORBIDDEN to play in this event: Goldlewis, Leo, Sin, Ramlethal, Potemkin, Happy Chaos, and Johnny. Please do not play these characters as you will be DQed.

  • This tournament is locked to the continental US (Canada, US, Mexico, PR). If you are outside of this region, please contact @GoddessVi on discord for a connection test to verify your connection

  • Be in the discord to find your matches, check in, and communicate with players and TOs

  • Standard Strive Tournament rules apply; this is a Best of 5 tournament

  • The Loser of each game is able to swap characters, however the winner must stay the same.

  • Report scores and check-in on start.gg as soon as possible, and use the ⁠reporting channel in discord if you are unable to report on start.gg. Please message the mods if you have any issues with a match.

  • Please report any connection issues to ⁠connection-issues and ping a TO, we will have you both run a network test using https://speed.cloudflare.com/. We will decide a winner by moderator evaluation.

Please keep in mind this is an online tournament, and thus some rollback and ping is expected.

  • Outside of emergencies, DQing from top 8 will void a player from the top 8 graphic, tournament vod, and any earned payouts from top 3 (defaulting to 4th place).

  • If you qualify for top 3 payouts but do not have a matcherino, it will default to the previous player (2nd place getting 1st place payout etc)

Double Bracketing Policy

  • If you are double bracketing, please communicate with a TO and we will do our best to accommodate.
  • You are subject to the auto DQ timer if you are double bracketing. If you check in to your match you are agreeing that you are ready to play the match. If you aren't present for your match for more than 5 minutes while checked in you will be DQed.
  • If you are on stream and double bracketing, please let us know! We can try to change what match we run first. In situations such as Grand Finals you will be subject to a DQ if absent for 10 minutes.
