Kill Roy: Volume 9 Melee will be using the Collision 2025 ruleset with these rules changed or emphasized:

• All setups (CRT only) will require UCF 0.84 and utilize Lag Reduction if possible using the Polling Drift Fix code built into Slippi Nintendont 1.13.0 and above. To install this visit slippi.gg/downloads and select Slippi Nintendont for your Wii.
• Kill Roy will be running the current box-style controller nerfs, including the ban of Goomwaves. Read more about the current controller ruleset here.
  
  
• Wobbling is banned
• Ledge grab limit of 45
• Pokemon Stadium will be unfrozen and a counterpick, Final Destination will be a starter.
• The whole tournament will be Best of 5, including pools
