Payment Requirements: If you haven’t already paid your entry fee during registration, you must pay at the venue before you're allowed to compete. No exceptions.
Online Payment Submission: For those who paid online, please send a screenshot of your payment receipt along with your registered tournament name for confirmation.
Arrival Time: Be sure to arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled pool begins. Late arrivals may be disqualified.
Venue Exit: Once your pool matches are complete, please exit the venue unless you have official duties or matches remaining.
Code of Conduct: Any form of abusive language, toxic behavior, hate speech, or unsportsmanlike conduct will result in immediate disqualification. Respect others and keep it clean.
Official Rules: All standard rules and regulations outlined by the official TWT 2025 guidelines are in full effect.
