Event Rules

  • Double Elimination

  • $10 Entry (Cash). Electronic forms of payment will not be accepted (Paypal, Zelle, Cashapp etc).

  • Early Rounds = 2 out of 3

  • Winners Finals/Losers Finals = 3 out of 5

  • Grand Finals = 4 out of 7

  • Payout: 1st (70٪)/2nd (20%)/3rd (10%)

  • Winner must keep team/assists/team order, loser may switch team/assists/team order

  • Default Settings (Turbo 1, 99 seconds)

  • All Tournament matches will be streamed and recorded on my stream:

  • The Tournament Organizer (T.O.) reserves the right to deny tournament entry to any individual at his discretion.
  • Maddroo and DarkDios are co-T.O.s and will be running the brackets. Be nice to them.
Tournament Rules
  • Check-in by speaking with Brett (Romneto) in-person at the venue. If the T.O. doesn't know you are at the venue then it means you're NOT there
  • The tournament starts at 8:00 pm. If a player isn't at the venue and ready to play within 5 minutes of being called for their match they will forfeit and their opponent will advance.
  • Bring your own joystick or controller!!
  • There will be some Brook converters available for use in the Tournament.
  • If your joystick/controller requires a Brook converter to function on Dreamcast then YOU are responsible for configuring the converter to your preference.
  • If you are unable to get your joystick or controller to function with a Brook converter within 5 minutes of your match being called then you forfeit the set.
  • Dead body infinites (DBI) can be used only to take the opponent to the corner, if a player uses DBI to run out the clock they will be disqualified.
  • If a player using a gamebreaking glitch (i.e. Ruby Heart game freezing glitch, Gambit glitch etc) then they forfeit the set.
  • If a player's joystick/controller causes the blue box to appear then their opponent automatically wins that match.
