Event Rules
Qualifier Phase
- Entrants will be randomly placed into groups of 4 players
- Each group will play three 1v1v1v1 games, earning points based on the results using the following formula:
- 10 points for 1st place
- 7 points for 2nd place
- 4 points for 3rd place
- 1 point for 4th place
- Bonus Points will be awarded/removed based on scores shown on the game results screen:
- Ex: Player A finishes 1st with 5 KOs, 1 Fall, and 1 SD. They will receive 13 points for this game.
- Ex: Player B finishes 4th with 2 KOs and 3 Falls. They will receive 0 points for this game.
- If players skip the results screen before the scores can be recorded, 0 adjustment points will be awarded to all players.
- After all games are complete, the top 2 point earners will advance to the bracket phase
- 1st place will be entered into the Winner's Bracket
- 2nd place will be entered into the Loser's Bracket
- 3rd and 4th place will be eliminated
- If two or more players are tied, the tie breakers rules are as follows:
- Game position points without the score adjustments
- Most 1st places
- Best total score adjustment points
- Coin Toss
- Three stages will be chosen by the Tournament Director before play begins. All matches will take place on the same chosen stages.
Bracket Phase
- Players will be seeded based on the number of points scored in the Qualification Phase.
- All matches will be Best of 3 games, with the exception of all Finals which will be Best of 5.
- Initial stage selection will be made by the Tournament Director. Games 2-5 will be picked by the previous game loser.

- Mii Fighters and their respective custom moves are allowed. Movesets will be shown in their name with each individual special move numbered from 1 to 3, based on the order shown on the move selection screen (ex. 1111, 2223, 3121).
- If a game ends in a time over or with both players losing their last stocks simultaneously, the game’s winner is determined by the following criteria, in order:
- Player with more stocks remaining
- Player with less percent damage
- New game on same stage with 1 stock and 2-minute timer
- If a game ends with the successful use of a character’s self-destruct move, the game’s winner is determined by the results screen if it appears, without exception
- Pausing: Off
Character Selection Rules
- 60 seconds maximum for all players to lock in selections
- Game 1 will be double or quadruple blind, based on phase.
- Each further game will have the winner select first, followed by 2nd place, 3rd, and 4th.
- Steve is Banned from the Tournament

All players must be a registered for Anthrocon 2025 and in good standing in order to participate in events. All con policies apply. Respect each other.
