  • 16-person double elimination tournament

  • 2/3 game sets

  • 3/5 Grand Finals, Winner's Finals, Loser's Finals

  • After each game, the loser may switch character or stages for the next match.

  • The winner must stay with their character.

  • Player side advantage exists in Sailor Moon S; the game is not side symmetrical. If both players want to be Player 1 or Player 2, the sides will be decided by ONE round of rock paper scissors. The winner of the game can then decide on sides. NO REDOS. This is the Tekken standard so it shall be applied here. If the player from the LOSERS bracket wins the first set in Grand Finals, The player from the WINNERS bracket(who now lost and is in a reset) may fight for their preferred side through one more round of rock paper scissors.

  • Easy mode controls: This game has a special option to switch to an easy mode control scheme. This scheme is banned. If this scheme is picked by accident, this rule will not be enforced and the players are allowed a restart. Turbo is also banned.

  • The developer stage is banned
