-Controles- • Cada jogador é responsável por ter um controle para utilizar durante os torneios, ninguém da organização tem a obrigação de oferecer um controle para os participantes. • O controle do jogador deve ser compatível com a plataforma. Caso seu controle não funcione no PS4, avisar um dos TOs ou BRs com antecedência. • Teclados estão banidos por questões de incompatibilidade com o jogo em modo multiplayer. Jogadores de teclado devem encontrar uma alternativa para o evento. • Para decidir se um controle é válido ou não para o torneio, será utilizada as normas da EVO

-Regras do jogo- • Character Lock: o vencedor da partida anterior durante o set deve manter sua escolha de personagem. • O jogador que perder a partida anterior tem total liberdade para trocar de personagens. • Os personagens secretos estão banidos. • Durante a seleção de rematch e/ou de personagens, os jogadores estão permitidos a receber "coaching" de outros jogadores, contanto que não atrapalhe o andamento do evento. • Pausas durante o jogo, sejam propositalmente ou por controle desconectado, resultam em perda do round exceto em casos onde o oponente aceita continuar.

-Conduta durante a partida- • Tempo para comparecer a estação após ser chamado: 5 minutos. Bracket Runners estão permitidos a desqualificar jogadores que excederem o tempo e não avisaram caso precisarem de tempo extra. • Tempo de coaching durante as partidas: 1 minuto. • Tempo para button check e trocas de controle: 1 minuto. • Não é permitido conluio. Caso haja suspeita será investigado, e caso positivo, os jogadores envolvidos serão desqualificados do torneio. • Em caso de dúvidas, ou caso queira reportar violações de conduta, espere a partida/game terminar e chame um TO ou BR. Pausar intencionalmente a partida pode resultar em derrota, evite interrupções ao máximo. Se for necessário, a partida será refeita após conversar com o TO/BR. • Caso ambos os jogadores decidam não fazer button check e tenha algum problema de configuração de controle, a partida não será recomeçada sem ambos os jogadores concordarem. • Ao fim da partida, os jogadores devem dar o resultado para um TO ou BR imediatamente. *Os limites de tempo não são absolutos, em caso de atraso, cabe ao Juiz decidir o procedimento do torneio.

-Terminologia- • Partida/Game: Referente a uma partida de até 3 rounds entre os dois jogadores, nas configurações padrões do jogo. • Set: Um emparelhamento entre dois jogadores, até a definição de um vencedor. Um Set de é composto de um BO3/FT2 nas Pools e BO5/FT3 nos finais de bracket. • BO3: "Best of 3", Melhor de 3 Rounds. • FT2: "First to 2" , Primeiro a ganhar 2 games. • BO5/FT3: Referir-se aos termos acima, e só trocar os números. • Tournament Organizer (TO): As pessoas encarregadas da organização geral do torneio, em todos os níveis, e de auxiliar os participantes durante o torneio. Essas pessoas devem ser o primeiro ponto de contato para ajudar a resolver qualquer problema que eventualmente possa ocorrer. • Bracket Runner (BR): As pessoas encarregadas de chamar participantes para suas partidas, e reportar os placares na bracket ao final das partidas. • "Double Elimination": Dupla eliminação. Todo jogador pode perder até dois sets no torneio. Todos os jogadores começam na Winners Bracket, e os jogadores que perderem uma partida caem para a Losers Bracket. Ao perder uma partida na Losers Bracket, o jogador está eliminado do torneio. • Bracket: As "chaves" do torneio que decidem quais players irão se enfrentar. • Pools: Todas as partidas que acontecem antes do Top 8. • Top 8: Todas as partidas envolvendo os 4 últimos players restantes na Winners Bracket, e os 4 últimos players restantes na Losers Bracket.

-Controls- • Each player is responsible for having a controller to use during the tournaments, no one from the organization is obliged to provide any controllers for participants. • The player's controller must be compatible with the platform. -Game rules- • Character Lock: the winner of the previous game during the set must keep their choice of character. • The player who loses the previous game is free to change characters. • Secret characters are banned. • During rematch and/or character selection, players are allowed to receive coaching from other players, as long as it doesn't disrupt the progress of the event. • Pauses during the game, whether on purpose or due to a disconnected controller, will result in a loss of the current round except in cases where the opponent agrees to continue.

-Conduct during the match- • Time to report to the station after being called for your match: 5 minutes. Bracket Runners are allowed to disqualify players who exceed the time if they do not warn a TO/BR they needed extra time. • Coaching time during matches: 1 minute. • Time for button check and control changes: 1 minute. • Collusion is not allowed. If there is any suspicion, it will be investigated, and if proven, the players involved will be disqualified from the tournament. • If any questions come up mid-game, or if you want to report conduct violations, wait for the game to finish and call a TO or BR. Intentionally pausing the match can result in defeat, so avoid interruptions as much as possible. If necessary, the match will be replayed after talking to the TO/BR. • If both players decide not to button check and there is a control configuration problem, the game will not be restarted unless both players agree. • At the end of the game, players must report the result to a TO or BR immediately. *Time limits are not absolute; in the event of a delay, it is up to the judge to decide how the tournament proceeds.

-Terminology- • Match/Game: Refers to a match of up to 3 rounds between the two players, in the game's default settings. A game consists of a Best of 3 Rounds match during the entire tournament. • Set: A pairing between two players, playing until a winner is determined. A Set consists of a BO3/FT2 games in Pools and BO5/FT3 at the finals of each bracket. • BO3: "Best of 3", Best of 3 Rounds. • FT2: "First to 2", First to win 2 games. • BO5/FT3: Refer to the terms above, just change the numbers. • Tournament Organizer (TO): The personnel in charge of the overall organization of the tournament, at all levels, and of assisting the participants during the tournament. These people should be the first point of contact to help resolve any issues that may occur. • Bracket Runner (BR): The personnel in charge of announcing matches and calling for their participants, and also reporting the scores in the bracket at the end of the matches. • Double Elimination: Every player can lose up to two sets in the tournament. All players start in the Winners Bracket, and players who lose a match drop to the Losers Bracket. By losing a match in the Losers Bracket, the player is eliminated from the tournament. • Bracket: The "ladder" of the tournament that decide which players will face each other. • Pools: All matches that take place before the Top 8. • Top 8: All matches involving the last 4 players remaining in the Winners Bracket, and the last 4 players remaining in the Losers Bracket.
