Stage Striking Procedure
Characters are declared before the stage striking procedure.
- Before the start of the set: Players will play a game of RPS to decide who gets to ban stages first. The winner of the RPS bans 3 stages, the loser of the RPS bans 4 stages, followed by the winner of the RPS picking the stage for game 1.
- After game 1: The winner of the game declares their character first, then the loser declares their character. The winner of the game bans 3 stages, the loser of the game will pick any available stage. The loser of the game is allowed to pick a stage they've previously won on. Every game after the first repeats this process until the set is completed.
