• All games are run using double elimination brackets

• If players cannot come to an agreement on what side to play on, a game of paper-scissors-rock will determine who gets to pick their side.

• You may request a double blind character selection. Please call a tournament organizer if this is desired.

• If 2 players are found to be colluding to alter the results of a match in an unsportsmanlike manner, both players will be ejected from the event with no refund.

• Physical violence between any attendee, whether player or spectator, will not be tolerated and will result in disqualification and immediate ejection from the event with no refund, plus a ban from future Standing Fierce events.

• Intentional damage to Standing Fierce tournament equipment is unacceptable and will result in disqualification from the event with no refund and a ban from future Standing Fierce events.

• All registration fees are final. NO REFUNDS.

• Children aged 15 and under must be accompanied by an adult or guardian for the entirety of their time at the event.

• If you are unable to attend Southern Cross Up 2022 for any reason pertaining to changes to NZ Government COVID19 regulations no refund of any kind can be made.
