The winner of the prior game must keep the same character but may change V-Skill and V-Trigger prior to the losing player selecting their V-Skill and V-Trigger
The loser of the prior game may switch character, V-Skill, and V-Trigger

Random stage selection (players may opt for an agreed stage)

If a banned stage is randomly selected, repeat the random stage selection process until a tournament legal stage appears
