Banned Costumes: All Characters (Color #EX9 & #EX10), Abigail (Halloween/Color #2), Balrog (Gutsman), Blanka (Story, Nergigante), Ed (Nero), Gill (Battle 1/Color #11 & #15, Pyron), M. Bison (Astaroth), Necalli (Halloween), R. Mika (Professional), Rashid (Airman, Viewtiful Joe), Ryu (Mega Man), Urien (Battle 1/Color #7, Halloween, Story/Color #6, Wesker), Zangief (Mech/Color # 2).
Double Blind character selection available upon request.
The losing player of the preceding match may change characters. The player who won the last Game is required to keep the same character, however they can change their V-Trigger and V-Skills long as their new V-Trigger and V-Skill choice is made before their opponent selects their own V-Trigger and V-Skill.
Coaching is not allowed during a set.
No Pausing. Pausing by either player, accidental or purposeful will result in forfeiture of that round for the player that paused. Any unidentifiable disruptions in play will result in replay of that round.
No Stalling
Legacy Controller Mode is banned. Standard controllers and fight sticks only. No turbo, macro or programmable controllers.
Configure bindings before match. Only one button check per match.
No use of cheats or known glitches.
