• Double Elimination Tournament.
• All matches are two rounds per game, First to 3 (Best of 5) format, including Losers Finals and Grand Finals.
• All input methods allowed, no macros.
• Player sides will be decided by a coin toss or by player agreement.
• Winner of the previous game must keep the same character.
• Players will forfeit a match if they are more than 5 minutes late to the digital station or communicate a forfeit to an organizer
• Players will forfeit a match if they deliberately leave a match in progress, are found to have engaged in match fixing/win trading, or demonstrate unsportsmanlike conduct
• Match interruptions due to a disconnect from the lobby will result in a replay of that match.
• Any player who disconnects more than once in a tournament is disqualified
• The winner of Grand Finals Earns the right to challenge last weeks Champion to a Best of 5 Series for the title of Strongest Under the Heavens

Any attempt to circumvent the spirit of the rules to gain a competitive advantage in tournament play will be punished harshly.
