Event & Venue Rules

• Any ejections or disqualifications will not be refunded.
• Attendees are expected to be respectful of others, i.e. Do not harass, intentionally annoy, or insult people. Avoid any form of racism, homophobia, sexism, or content that is generally not appropriate for the other attendees.
• Trash talk is acceptable as long as it's in good fun. If asked to stop, stop.
• Drama of any kind will not be tolerated. If asked to leave, it is for the entirety of the event and considered and ejection.
• Interfering with an active match or competitor in any way strictly prohibited. This includes but is not limited to: touching players and/or equipment, yelling near/behind players, throwing items at players, etc.
• Minors (under 17) must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times. Unaccompanied minors are not allowed.
• No illegal substances inside the venue. Anyone caught with these items or evidence of the presence of these items will be disqualified from the event and evicted from the venue.
• Fighting or the possession of weapons is strictly prohibited. Any acts of violence or behavior that endangers other players or equipment, including but not limited to throwing controllers, will result in disqualification and eviction.
• Players must play on the provided setups, unless there are extreme circumstances. Players may use and are encouraged to bring their own controllers.
• All disqualifications due to tardiness will be complete DQs, meaning the disqualified player will be removed from both winner’s and loser’s bracket and all paid fees will be donated to the group fund. 10 minutes from time of player being called up.
• Event fees will not be refunded after registration closes for that event. Processing fees will not be refunded.
• All players agree to have their matches recorded and streamed.
• The event organizers have the right to use any videos or footage in which players are present, including camera recordings, livestream broadcasts, and gameplay footage.
• The event organizers have the right to use any photograph of your image, likeness, or depiction at the event, and you waive any claim for compensation for * the event’s use or publication of photographs taken of you.
• The event organizers reserve the right to deny entry into the tournament to any player acting in a manner that is detrimental to the integrity of the event.
• The event organizers reserve the right to deny payout from event winnings to any player suspected of intentionally throwing a match, splitting a payout, or committing any other form of bracket manipulation.
• The event organizers reserve the right to settle any unforeseen situations that may occur, and their judgment is final. In extreme situations, rules may be altered between phases of a tournament in the best interests of the event.

• Normal Matches are 2/3
• Finals are 3/5 (Losers, Winners, & Grand)
• All characters are legal

If 5 or less players, bracket will be Round Robin and Prizes will be Winner Take All.

TEKKEN 8

• PC Only
• $5 Entry Fee
• Prizes 70%/20%/10% (Rounded to the nearest dollar)
• Double Elimination
• Rounds are 3/5
• Normal Matches are 2/3
• Finals are 3/5 (Losers, Winners, & Grand)
• All characters are legal
• Winner is character locked. Loser can choose to change either character or stage.

If 5 or less players, bracket will be Round Robin and Prizes will be Winner Take All.

STREET FIGHTER 6

• Double Elimination
• Normal Matches are 2/3

• No dynamic mode
