Event Policy Update: Loss Prevention 

Hello everyone,

We hope you're all doing well.

As many of you know, an unfortunate incident occurred at our last event where a GameCube adapter was stolen. For over two years, we've hosted these events without issue, and we want to ensure this was the first and **last** time something like this happens.

To prevent future loss, we are implementing a new security policy starting at our next event:

You may not remove, swap out, or adjust any Switch, ROG, Stream Deck consoles from their docks, GameCube adapters, or any other equipment belonging to SOSGamers without a staff member's permission.

Enforcement:

1.  First Offense: You will receive a warning.
2.  Second Offense (at the same event): You will be asked to leave the premises for the remainder of the day. You may still attend the next scheduled event.
3.  Third Offense (at a future event): You will receive a 3-month suspension from all SOSGamers events.
