To participate in this tournament, you must own the Nintendo Switch version of Puyo Puyo Tetris 2.

Block Party tournaments use the double elimination tournament format. In a double elimination bracket, players or teams have to lose twice to be eliminated from the bracket. Losers of one match get a chance to come back in the Loser's bracket.

Players are placed into brackets respective of their Puzzle League or Tetris League rating provided during registration. If you would like to opt into a higher bracket tier, please reach out to an admin prior to the tournament start.

The top 4 players from each Puyo Puyo Tetris 2 time slot qualify for the GRAND MASTERS bracket! When players reach top 4 in either time slot, they halt until the GRAND MASTERS bracket begins. PUYO PUYO TETRIS 2 MATCH SETTINGS

The room host will set the Win Count to 5. No other settings are to be altered.
Only one match with a Win Count of 5 should be played, no additional sets are required. Report your scores following this match on start.gg.

FRIEND MATCH LOBBY SETUP

The higher seeded player (higher ranked in the bracket) will create the Free Play room and choose a side.

HOST

1. In the ONLINE menu, select Free Play, then select Versus, then select Battle.
2. Create a room by hitting the X button. Set the Playstyle to Tetris, then select OK.
3. Set the Win Count to 5 then hit Create Room. No other match settings are altered.
4. It will then prompt you to enter a 4-digit passcode. Create a passcode then provide the passcode to your opponent alongside your Nintendo Switch username so that they can find your lobby.
5. Select ready once you and your opponent confirm you are ready to play!
   
   

PLAYER

1. In the ONLINE menu, select Free Play, then select Versus, then select Battle.
2. Enter the ROOM ID given by the host.
3. Find your opponent’s lobby and enter the provided 4-digit passcode.
4. Confirm that the host is ready to play and that room settings are applied, then select ready!

【ぷよぷよテトリス2 対戦設定】

ホストは勝利数を5に設定します。その他の設定は変更しません。 勝数5の試合は1回のみ行い、追加セットは必要ありません。試合終了後、start.ggでスコアを報告してください。

【フレンドマッチロビー設定】

トーナメント表の上側のプレイヤーがフレンドマッチロビーをホストし、プレイサイド（1P側/2P側)を選択してください。

ホスト

1. ONLINEメニューで「Free Play」→「Versus」→「Battle」の順に選択する。
2. Xボタンでルームを作成する。プレイスタイルをテトリスに設定し、OKを選択。
3. Win Countを5に設定し、Create Roomを押す。他の試合設定は変更なし。
4. 4桁のパスコードを作成し、Nintendo Switchのユーザー名と一緒に対戦相手にパスコードを伝える。
5. 準備ができたら、「Ready」を選択。

プレイヤー

1. ONLINEメニューで「Free Play」→「Versus」→「Battle」の順に選択する。 プラットフォームによって異なります）
2. 共有された4桁のパスコードを入力する。
3. ホストがプレイ可能な状態であること、ルーム設定が適用されていることを確認し、「Ready」を選択。
