TGU 2025 is an official TEKKEN 8 World Tour Master Event!

• Double Elimination
• Tournament Mode Default Settings
• 3/5 Rounds per Game
• 2/3 Games per Set
• 3/5 Games for Top 4 Losers Semi Final, Winners Final, Losers Finals and Grand Final
• Players can not switch sides once selected.
• Stage must be random select for every game. Players must go back to stage select & pick random for every game
• Winner must keep character
• Loser may switch character
• Special Style aka Simple Controls is allowed.
• In the event of a tied Match declared by a “Double K.O.” on the Game screen, the Match will not be scored and both Players will replay the tied Match with the same character selections and stage.

In-Game Settings/Presets:

• For tournament pools play - Tournament Settings: Default
• For official TWT matches on stream - Tournament Settings: Preset 1
• VSync is currently required to be on for all TWT matches (on by default in Preset 1 and Default Preset)
• In-Battle Status Settings need to be toggled "ON" for all TWT matches (on by default in Preset 1 and Default Preset)

Coaching Rules

• One time per match
• Only after losing previous set
• One minute, one coach
